  • For overseas customers, we accept payment with Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal.
  • All our prices are in US Dollar (USD).
  • Please note that you may be subjected to an overseas transaction fee charged by your credit card company or bank.
  • If you choose Paypal for payment, you can use your PayPal account or use PayPal’s credit card gateway, which enables you to pay online without being registered as a PayPal member. The payment is immediate and traceable (your personal and credit card information is never share with us) and will automatically convert them into your local currency.
  • For Taiwanese customers, we apologize in advance for the inconvenience you might encounter. Unfortunately, both Paypal and our system did not receive credit cards from Taiwan. Therefore, we had created another website that can receive payment with Taiwan credit cards. Please head to menu and visit our website in Mandarin to complete your purchase.

    • Once we receive your order, we will first jump for joy. We will then send you an order confirmation email and start preparing your goods.
    • Please allow 2-3 business days for us to get everything ready and process the order. Once processed, you will receive your order within the next 3-10 business days.
    • Some special pre-order items will be made just for you when you place the order. Therefore, as indicates in product description, please be aware of the  production time it might take before placing an order. We appreciate your understanding and patience !
    • Michi Liang is not responsible for any delays due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events, and is unable to control or redirect orders once items have been dispatched.


     | Shipping |

    • Orders are shipped via EMS(overseas) and Post Office Parcel (within Taiwan) Monday – Friday, excluding holidays. If for any reason, the orders cannot be shipped on time, our customer service will send you an email notification.
    • All overseas order require a signature upon receipt.
    • Currently, we ship the following countries:

              Australia / New Zealand / Canada / United Sates / Mexico / Hong Kong / China / Macao / Malaysia / Singapore / South   Korea / Japan / Thailand / Vietnam / Belgium / France / Germany / Italy / Luxembourg / Monaco / Netherlands / Spain / Switzerland / Romania / Vatican City / United Kingdom / Ireland / Austria / Poland / Portugal  

    • We are unable to ship to P.O. Box or military address.
    • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including a tracking number.
    • We want you to be happy with your order. So, please check your email and make sure all the order information is correct. If there is something wrong, please send us an email at and notify us within the same day you make the purchase
    • Please note that all international customers have to cover their own shipping fees and they are not refundable. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. In few rare cases. international orders may incur custom duties and you are responsible for any custom fees incurred upon delivery. 


     | Returns/exchanges |

    • We only accept returns or exchanges on undamaged and unused items within 7 days after you signed and received the pacakge. Few of the products are made-to-order by local artisans, therefore will not be able to return or exchange once the order is made.
    • If you want to return or exchange any good, please first send us an email at
    • In the email, please include the order number, reason of returns /exchanges, and your contact information such as name, e-mail and phone number.
    • Please remember that all returns/exchanges must include their original packaging and use a reliable shipping service to send any return/exchange. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error.
    • Customers are responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs, postal insurance and other related fees. If you receive a wrong product or if the product was damaged in transit, you may request for a refund or exchange via email at
    • Once a return or exchange is received and approved by us, we will process Returns/ Exchanges procedure within 10 business days. If the return or exchange is a result of an error by us or damaged merchandise, we will pay for your return and exchange shipping upon receiving a postal receipt from you.
    • Returns will be credited to the original credit card account used for purchase.
    • We reserve the right to deny any return or exchange.
    • No exchanges or returns will be accepted for any items that are listed as "final sale".
